Vice President & Assistant General Counsel - Intellectual Property

Erik Levin has extensive experience in intellectual property law, currently serving as Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at the National Basketball Association (NBA) since September 1998. Prior to this role, Erik Levin worked as a Legal Assistant in Intellectual Property at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP from 1993 to 1995. Erik Levin holds a Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School, obtained between 1995 and 1998, and a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science from Syracuse University, earned from 1988 to 1992.
