Leonardo Cupello

Leonardo Cupello is currently the Head of Finance for LATAM at the National Basketball Association (NBA). They have previously held roles as Finance Manager and Senior Finance Manager within the NBA, focusing on financial strategy and performance optimization in the Latin American region. Before this, they founded GoGuest and served as a Commercial Controller at L'Oréal, where they achieved significant improvements in operational profit and efficiency. Leonardo's earlier experience includes positions at Nestlé and DPAM Manufacturing, where they implemented cost control measures and contributed to financial planning processes. They hold a degree from Ibmec, completed in 2006.
