Mark Vallena currently serves as Associate Vice President at the National Basketball Association (NBA), where responsibilities include the development and execution of the NBA G League content strategy across 31 teams in North America. Prior to this role, Mark was the Head of Content and Senior Director at Maple Leaf Sports & Entertainment Partnership (MLSE) from June 2014 to November 2020, overseeing content strategies for multiple professional sports teams and venues with a strong focus on social justice. Additionally, Mark has experience as a Creative Producer and Content Director for HXOUSE, a creative incubator founded by The Weeknd, and operated DVS Inc., a sports creative studio that collaborated with notable clients including the Toronto Blue Jays and various athletes. Mark holds an Honours B.A. in Economics and Psychology from the University of Toronto.
