Nancy Warner is an experienced professional in diversity and inclusion, currently serving as Director and Diversity & Inclusion Lead at the National Basketball Association since May 2017. In this role, Nancy has been instrumental in leading various employee engagement initiatives, including the NBA Summer Intern Program and diverse talent pipelining, while acting as the primary liaison between the Diversity & Inclusion office and Human Resources. Prior to joining the NBA, Nancy held the position of Senior Manager for Supplier Diversity at Teva Pharmaceuticals, where responsibility included launching formal supplier diversity programs. Nancy's career began at Enterprise Holdings, where a focus on supplier diversity and various management roles contributed to significant operational improvements and revenue growth. Nancy holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from the University of California, Riverside.
