Peter Giallorenzo, CPA, currently serves as Vice President of Team & Labor Finance at the National Basketball Association (NBA), a position held since January 2008. In this role, Peter is responsible for liaising between PwC, internal counsel, and external counsel during the Basketball Related Income (BRI) audit, which influences the annual salary cap. Peter provides guidance to NBA teams, prepares League BRI for audit procedures, evaluates new business initiatives, and leads financial negotiations during collective bargaining agreements. Prior to their current role, Peter worked at Deloitte as a Senior Accountant, specializing in audit testing of financial statements. Peter earned a Master's degree in Accounting from Seton Hall University from 2000 to 2005.
