Ray Wynter

Ray Wynter is the Global Head of Employee Relations at the National Basketball Association (NBA), a role they began in 2025. Previously, Wynter held various positions in employee relations, including Director of Employment Investigations at Facebook from 2016 to 2021, and Head of APAC Employee Relations at J.P. Morgan from 2014 to 2016. They also practiced law as an Attorney at Day Pitney LLP from 2001 to 2004 and in employment litigation at Paul Hastings from 2004 to 2005. Wynter earned a Bachelor's degree from Harvard University and is pursuing a Doctor of Law (J.D.) at Fordham University School of Law.
