Ryan Kearney has extensive experience in basketball performance development and analytics, currently serving as the Manager, Basketball Performance Development Analyst at the National Basketball Association (NBA) since August 2013. In this role, Ryan is the primary analyst for Referee Operations, collaborating with senior leadership to enhance decision-making and performance evaluation.
