Simon Billig

Simon Billig has a diverse background in business development and customer service, beginning with experience as a Dining Room Server at Touchmark from September 2018 to May 2021, where responsibilities included processing orders for assisted living residents and adapting to COVID-19 challenges. Following this role, Simon served as a Business Development Intern at both Amaterra Wines from May 2023 to August 2023, supporting wine sales operations and event planning, and at the La Jolla Village Merchants Association from December 2023 to October 2025, managing an online calendar and overseeing budgeting for key events. Currently, Simon works as a Production Assistant in the NBA’s Footage Management department, assisting with organizing video assets and ensuring the accuracy of content for broadcasts and marketing since October 2025. Simon holds a High School Diploma from Beaverton High School and is pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at San Diego State University, expected to graduate in 2025.
