Priscilya Othman

Priscilya Othman (CHRMP) serves as the Head of Talent, Leadership and Learning at NBC Tanzania since October 2014, providing strategic leadership in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, Culture, and Leadership to align with business objectives. Previously, in the role of Resourcing Lead cum HRBP, Priscilya initiated key HR programs, including the Internship Programme in 2018 and the revitalization of the Graduate Trainee program, while also leading talent development projects and CSR initiatives. Priscilya's prior experience includes serving as a Recruitment Consultant at Empower Limited, where a significant milestone involved enhancing the Talent Acquisition Programme for NMB Bank, and as a Program Officer at Capacity and Development Services, focusing on fundraising and reporting. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Training from the University of Leicester and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Economics from the University of the Witwatersrand.
