Eric Kerr is a seasoned sports journalist with experience as a Sports Reporter at NBC5 and The Valley CW WPTZ since June 2022, focusing on Plattsburgh and upstate New York sports, while also serving as a Fill-In Anchor for sports shows. Previously, Eric held multiple roles at Q30 Television from August 2018 to May 2022, including News Reporter, Sports Beat Reporter, and Associate Producer for the sports debate show Bobcat Breakdown. In addition, Eric worked as Broadcast Manager for the Quinnipiac Bobcats Sports Network, overseeing game coverage and serving as lead play-by-play announcer. Other experiences include a role as a News Producer at WFSB TV, a weekly co-host on WQAQ 98.1 FM, and serving as Junior Class President in Quinnipiac Student Government. Eric holds a Master’s degree in Sports Journalism and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Broadcast Journalism, both from Quinnipiac University.
