Michael Laflesh

Michael LaFlesh has over 20 years of experience in journalism and broadcasting. Michael has held various positions such as News Director at NBC5 since 2015, Executive Producer at WTAE-TV Hearst Pittsburgh from 2012 to 2015, Nightside Executive Producer and 11 p.m. producer at WLWT from 2002 to 2012, 11 p.m. producer at WHIO-TV from 1999 to 2002, City Editor at Press Publications in 1999, and Reporter at Medill News Service in 1998. Michael'sroles have included overseeing production teams, making editorial decisions, and producing newscasts.

Michael LaFlesh holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Journalism from Northwestern University. Michael also has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Political Science and Communication Studies from Canisius University.
