Ada Chan, holding PMP, ASTQB, ITIL, and CSM certifications, currently serves as the Director of Quality Engineering at NBCUniversal since February 2020, where responsibilities include ensuring the quality of the Peacock app, developing technology strategies for QA, and expanding the global QA team. Previously, as QA Director at A+E Networks, Ada transformed QA operations, implemented test automation, and defined QA roadmaps. Experience spans various roles including QA and Training Manager at A+E Networks, QA Analyst at AETN, and Technical Support at New York Internet, along with a foundation in education as a Computer Lecturer at the Episcopal Church of Our Savoir.
