Alison Fineberg

Alison Fineberg is an accomplished Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources at NBCUniversal, a position held since September 2025. Previously, Alison served as Vice President of Human Resources at PepsiCo from September 2003 to August 2025, where responsibilities included leading HR strategy for the PepsiCo Beverages North Division, overseeing approximately 15,000 employees in various roles across the Northeast. Alison's experience also includes directing HR for North America Beverage Supply Chain and driving transformational projects, as well as managing HR in the Midwest Region with over 5,500 employees. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from UMN Carlson School of Management and a Certificate in Organizational Leadership & Coaching from Northwestern University.
