Alison Mathers

Alison Mathers is currently serving as Vice President of Executive Search at NBCUniversal and Vice Chair at Peer Productions, while also acting as an ambassador for UN Women. With extensive experience in the Media and Entertainment industry spanning the UK, US, EMEA, and APAC, they specialize in strategic talent management and advisory roles. Alison has previously held leadership positions at organizations such as Korn Ferry and was the Chair of NBCUniversal’s International Women’s Network, advocating for women's rights and diversity. They are actively pursuing a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in English at the University of Roehampton and have completed a certificate in Leadership Principles from Harvard Business School.
