Allison Dombrow

Allison Dombrow is an experienced HR executive currently serving as VP of Human Resources at NBCUniversal since September 2025. Previously, Dombrow held the position of SVP of People at Vox Media from March 2022 to September 2025, and VP of People for Shared Services & Studios at Group Nine Media from December 2018 to March 2022. Dombrow has an extensive background with NBCUniversal Media, LLC, working there from February 2000 to December 2018 in various roles, including VP Human Resources for Content Distribution and HR Director positions across NBC News and Television Distribution. Earlier experience includes working as a Finance Manager at ION Media Networks and as a Business Manager for WBIS-TV. Dombrow holds a BS in Sociology from Binghamton University and an MBA in Finance from Iona University.
