Amy DiVito

Amy DiVito is the Senior Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, where they focus on Peacock and Digital Enterprises. They previously served as Vice President of Business & Legal Affairs at NBCUniversal from 2018 to 2019 and held key positions at Rodale Inc. and Sony Music Entertainment, where they negotiated numerous high-profile agreements. DiVito began their legal career as a law clerk for The Honorable Stanley Marcus at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit and later worked as a litigation associate at Paul Weiss Rifkind Wharton & Garrison. They hold a J.D. from Yale Law School and a BA in Political Science from Duke University.
