Bill Leeper

Bill Leeper serves as the VP of Product Development for Platform Experiences and Capabilities at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, since September 2019, overseeing multiple product teams and successfully launching Peacock, achieving over 50 million subscribers. Prior to this role, Bill held various positions at Comcast Cable, including Director of Product Management, where significant achievements included increasing VOD usage by 70%. Early career experience includes web application development at Reliance Standard Life Insurance and roles at MEDecision, The Vanguard Group, and America Online. Bill holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Virginia Tech and an MBA in Finance from Saint Joseph's University.
