Caroline Condren

Caroline Condren is a documentary development producer and freelance journalist currently working as the director of development at NBC News Studios, where they lead the development of original documentary formats for major streaming platforms. They have published nonfiction and essays in national outlets such as The New York Times, VICE, and The Atlantic, and previously served as senior manager of development and communications at Exposure Labs, contributing to Emmy-winning documentaries. Caroline graduated magna cum laude from Colorado College with a degree in creative writing and has pursued further writing coursework at Harvard and the University of Cambridge.
