Caroline Nankinga

Caroline Nankinga is an experienced Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Director currently serving at NBCUniversal since February 2023, focusing on DEI initiatives for the Universal Filmed Entertainment Group in the UK and EMEA. Previously, Caroline worked at Pentland Brands from January 2017 to February 2023, first as Global Diversity and Inclusion Lead, then as Organisation Development Manager, and later as Talent Manager, where responsibilities included shaping diversity strategies and enhancing talent management. Caroline's expertise extends to roles at Saffron Interactive, Mitsubishi UFJ Securities, Aon, and Accenture, where a strong focus on learning, development, and organizational transformation was maintained. Caroline holds a BSc in Business Administration from the University of Bath and various certifications in mental health and organizational development.
