Celeste Fernandes

Celeste Fernandes is an experienced Talent Acquisition Recruiter and former Talent Acquisition Coordinator at NBCUniversal, where tenure began in February 2021. Prior to this role, Celeste served as the Director of Freshman Council for the University Park Undergraduate Association, focusing on enhancing student life for freshmen at Penn State University. Additional experiences include supporting THON dancers as a committee member, interning in People and Development at Ralph Lauren, and engaging with students as a Student Engagement Intern. Celeste’s background in social media and marketing was developed at AltaSea, and customer service skills were honed in roles at The Penn Stater Hotel and Conference Center, Terranea Resort, and Nordstrom. Celeste earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Penn State University in 2020.
