Emma O'Donnell

Emma O'Donnell is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent development and human resources management. Currently serving as HR Director for Corporate Functions at NBCUniversal Media, LLC since October 2020, Emma previously held various positions at Encompass Digital Media, Inc., including Vice President of Global Talent Development, where responsibilities encompassed global talent management and leadership development across multiple regions. Emma's earlier roles included Director of Human Resources for EMEA, where leadership of the EMEA People strategy was a key focus, and HR Business Partner positions at both Encompass Digital Media and Ascent Media. Emma began the HR career at Bauer Media Group, progressing from Human Resources Assistant to HR Officer. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in International Business Studies and Spanish from Liverpool John Moores University, a CIPD qualification from MOL Professional Education, and certification as a Strengthscope Practitioner.
