Eric Bash

Eric Bash is the Vice President of Compliance & Privacy at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, where they currently oversee compliance matters. With over two decades of experience as a lawyer and manager in public policy and regulatory compliance, Eric has significantly influenced the media and telecommunications sectors in both the UK and the USA. Previously, they worked as an Independent Consultant and held various positions at the Federal Trade Commission and Federal Communications Commission, managing substantial enforcement actions and developing innovative regulatory approaches. Eric holds an A.B. in English and Economics from Duke University and a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
