Heidi Voight

Heidi Voight is an experienced professional with a diverse background in media, communications, and public service. Voight served as a Policy Aide and Media Relations specialist for the Connecticut General Assembly, managing key initiatives and media relations for the Speaker of the House. Skills in the hospitality industry were honed as General Manager of Bar Bouchee, following an extensive tenure at Union League Cafe. Voight's journalism career includes roles at WWLP 22News and NBCUniversal, where responsibilities ranged from multimedia journalism to anchoring morning news. Additionally, Voight contributed to public service as Miss Connecticut 2006, advocating for sexual assault awareness and prevention, and later held a communications role at the Fidelco Guide Dog Foundation. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Southern Connecticut State University.
