Currently, Joanne serves as the Head of HR for NBCU Media Group and has held various senior vice president roles within NBCUniversal, including SVP HR for both the Direct to Consumer and NBC News Group divisions since October 2012. Prior to this, Joanne was the SVP HR at CNBC from August 2008 to October 2012 and served as VP HR Organisation, Staffing and Development at GE Money from August 2004 to August 2008. Joanne began her career as an HR Officer at Accenture from 1996 to 1999. Joanne holds a degree in History from Durham University, which was completed in 1996.
