Jonathan Hamilton-Young

Jonathan Hamilton-Young is an experienced employment investigator and employee relations advisor currently serving as the Director of Fair Employment Practices at NBCUniversal. They have previously worked as an Assistant Manager and Solicitor in Employment Legal Services at KPMG UK and as Employment and Compliance Counsel at Universal Music Group. Jonathan began their legal career as a Trainee Solicitor at Ince after earning a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the University of Southampton and completing the Legal Practice Course with distinction at BPP Law School. They also have experience in financial crime analysis from Phillips 66 and completed a summer internship at Huawei Technologies.
