Jonathan Williams

Jonathan Williams, MBA, is an experienced talent acquisition leader currently serving as the Director of Talent Acquisition for NBCUniversal Media, LLC since August 2010. In this role, Jonathan directs career matchmaking efforts and creates opportunities for Universal Studio Group, Entertainment Group, and Universal Filmed Entertainment Group. Jonathan also leads talent acquisition strategies across NBC's various portfolios and collaborates with HR leaders to navigate the evolving landscape of media and streaming. Previously, Jonathan held positions at NBCUniversal as Manager of Talent Acquisition and as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, focusing on recruitment for numerous entertainment networks and projects. Prior to joining NBCUniversal, Jonathan worked at UCLA as an Academic Coordinator and holds a degree in Sociology from UCLA, as well as an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.
