Joy Schwartz

Joy Schwartz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in talent development and inclusion, currently serving as Senior Director of Universal Talent Development & Inclusion at NBCUniversal from September 2020 to August 2024. Previously, Joy held the position of Director in the same department, collaborating with the Universal Filmed Entertainment Group on talent management initiatives. Prior roles include Talent/OD Consultant at CG Dallas, Inc., where Joy designed leadership development programs, and Adjunct Faculty at Southern Methodist University's Cox School of Business, teaching career management to MBA students. Joy also served as Senior Manager of Talent and Organizational Development at RealPage, Inc., focusing on leadership capability and organizational inclusivity, and as a Career Consultant with Sweats to Suits. Joy holds an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business and a Master’s Degree in Professional Counseling from Amberton University.
