Karina Xavier

Karina Xavier is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in rights analysis and content protection at NBCUniversal since March 2017, where responsibilities also include serving as a global advisor for Indigenous@NBCU. Previous positions include screenwriter at Chapman University and scripted television intern at Entertainment One. Early career roles include hostess at Tortilla Jo's, food service worker at Disneyland Resort, and tutor at Cypress High School. Karina is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology at Pepperdine University Graduate School of Education and Psychology, building on an MFA in Screenwriting and a BA in Creative Writing from Chapman University and California State University, Long Beach, respectively.
