Lamont Gonzalez

Lamont Gonzalez is an experienced Manager of Global Security at NBCUniversal, overseeing physical and operational security programs for the organization. With over 25 years in security management and law enforcement, Lamont has developed core competencies in areas such as CCTV management, policy development, and contingency planning. Previously, Lamont served as the Interim Head of Security for Zipcar and founded Security Protection Officers, focusing on risk mitigation and threat management. As a retired NYPD Sergeant, they led high-level protection for dignitaries and heads of state. Lamont is also a certified Dignitary Protection Professional and holds training from the New York City Police Department.
