Matt Tester

Matt Tester currently serves as a Contracts & Systems Specialist at NBCUniversal since November 2023. Prior to this role, Matt held various positions at DAZN Group from February 2019 to November 2023, culminating as the Rights Management & Operations Lead, where responsibilities included overseeing the global Rights team, enhancing internal workflows, and managing the rights portfolio. Additional experience includes roles in production and administration at POPStheclub.com, Two Hawks Quarterly, Medicinal Missions, and Better StirFry Productions, where significant contributions were made to projects focusing on mental health, creative expression, and showcasing emerging talent. Matt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Creative Writing from Antioch University-Los Angeles and an Associate’s Degree in Acting from the American Academy of Dramatic Arts.
