Melissa Goldsmith

Melissa Goldsmith is currently the Director of Intel & Threat Hunting at NBCUniversal Media, LLC, a position they have held since 2025. With roughly 20 years of experience in Incident Response and Computer Security, they have held various roles including Cyber Threat Hunter Team Lead and Senior Security Engineer. Melissa has developed high fidelity detection rules, conducted memory and hard drive forensics, and taught courses on malware and forensics. They also maintain a security blog and have spoken across Europe on security topics. Melissa is pursuing further education at The George Washington University.
