Michael Pogarian has extensive experience in the entertainment industry, focusing on talent development and inclusion within creative programming. At NBCUniversal, as Sr. Manager of TV Programming Inclusion from January 2019 to September 2021, Michael led initiatives aimed at enhancing access for underrepresented talent. Prior to that, as Manager of Global Talent Development & Inclusion at Fullscreen Media, Michael co-created the AT&T Hello Lab Mentorship Program to empower minority filmmakers. Additional roles include coordinating projects and supporting development teams at Magical Elves, Inc., Zodiak Media, and HBO. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in Film and Television Production from Boston University.
