Michael Walsh

Michael Walsh is an experienced recruitment professional with a deep background in early career talent acquisition and management, currently serving as the Director of Early Career Recruitment at NBCUniversal since 2016. In this role, Walsh leads the strategic vision for hiring over 2000 interns and full-time employees annually, fosters engagement with senior executives, and implements innovative recruitment strategies while ensuring inclusivity and efficient processes during significant organizational transitions.
