Mike Harrell

Mike Harrell is a seasoned professional in video distribution engineering with extensive experience in leading architectural and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Global Network and Distribution Engineering at NBCUniversal since November 2017, Mike oversees the design, construction, and maintenance of video origination and distribution environments, emphasizing broadcast, cable, and OTT channels. Prior to NBCUniversal, Mike held various engineering leadership roles at Comcast Cable from December 2004 to November 2017, including Executive Director of National Video Distribution Engineering, where Mike integrated operations for video acquisition and compression technology. Mike's career also includes significant contributions to Qwest as Lead Technical Support Engineer.
