With 19 years of experience, they have worked in various fields including media, marketing data analysis, and healthcare, and previously held positions at Milliman France, Mercer Japan, and Accenture. Moto is a Fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Japan and holds multiple AWS certifications, as well as a Master's degree in Data Science and a Master's degree in Architecture from The University of Tokyo.
