Randy Posner

Randy Posner is the Senior Director of Enterprise Partnerships & Operations at NBCUniversal, where they transform media sales relationships into multifaceted business partnerships across the Comcast NBCUniversal portfolio. They previously held roles including Director of Advertising Strategy & Partnerships, where they launched programmatic partnerships and first-party data collaborations. Prior to that, Randy served as a strategic partner to the President & Chief Business Officer and as a business lead in the Office of the Chairman, supporting senior leadership on growth strategies. Their career began as an NBC Page after earning a Bachelor of Science in Television Radio and Film from the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
