Robert Borzych

Robert Borzych is an accomplished human resources executive with extensive experience in leading HR strategies for major media organizations. Since September 2011, Robert has served as Vice President of Human Resources and Employee Relations for Universal Studio Group at NBCUniversal, where responsibilities include driving HR and Production strategies across four prominent studios producing over 3,000 hours of programming globally. Previous roles at NBCUniversal include Vice President of Human Resources for NBC Entertainment and Vice President Human Resources for the Owned Stations Group, overseeing HR functions for major media markets. Robert’s career also includes leadership positions in human resources at Imaging Healthcare Specialists, LEGOLAND California Resort, and Nordstrom. Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of San Diego and is certified as a SHRM - PHR professional.
