Stephanie Gershowitz, MBA, serves as the Senior Director of Production & Operations for Entertainment Content at NBCUniversal since October 2021, overseeing multiple unscripted long-form series and managing all aspects of production from budgeting to master delivery. Previously, at Discovery Inc from May 2016 to October 2021, Stephanie held the role of Director, Production & Operations, where responsibilities included forecasting budgets and ensuring compliance with production guidelines. Earlier in the career, Stephanie gained extensive experience at ViacomCBS as a Production Manager and participated in various production roles, including Production Coordinator and Assistant. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Apparel Merchandising from Indiana University Bloomington, complemented by a study abroad experience in Florence, Italy.
