Steve Costanzo

Steve Costanzo is a senior media industry professional with over 20 years of sales and marketing experience across broadcast and digital channels. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Affiliate Relations at NBC Universal Media, Steve has played a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and managing key affiliate relationships. Previously, Steve spent more than 15 years at CBS, where significant achievements included negotiating NFL broadcast package fees and enhancing revenue streams from over 80 affiliates nationwide. Steve holds a B.A. in Broadcasting and Mass Communications from the State University of New York College at Oswego and is pursuing an M.S. Ed. in Counselor Education at Hunter College.
