Suzan Dushaj Vulaj serves as the VP of Global Talent Acquisition at NBCUniversal since August 2017, where the focus is on creating an exceptional candidate experience through innovative problem-solving. Previously, Suzan held the position of Director of Talent Acquisition for Operations and Technology at NBCUniversal, contributing to the company’s robust media and entertainment portfolio. Prior experience includes serving as Director of Global Talent Acquisition at Pitney Bowes, where the emphasis was on helping clients navigate commerce complexities, and as Senior Talent Manager for Internal Mobility at McGraw Hill Financial, where the aim was to enhance internal talent movement. Other roles include HR Manager at Standard & Poor's and Senior Staffing Consultant at Google. Suzan holds a degree from Pace University's Lubin School of Business, completed in 2005.
