Terence Morley, CPTD, currently serves as the Vice President of Global Talent Development at NBCUniversal, where responsibilities include leading global development programs, promoting diversity and inclusion initiatives, and managing a team of Talent Developers across multiple locations. As the founder and lead of the Dads@NBCU group, Terence fosters connections among caregivers through various events and discussions. Previous roles at NBCUniversal include Senior Director and Director of Talent Development, where Terence focused on aligning new talent with company culture and delivering tailored organizational development solutions. Terence also contributed as a Board Member of the ATD Forum and served as Senior Training Manager at The CDM Group, overseeing training strategies across a global network. Educational background includes a Master’s degree in Organizational Communications and Medieval Studies from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Philosophy from the University of Scranton.
