Tim Hance

Tim Hance is a Senior Counsel specializing in Intellectual Property at NBCUniversal and serves as Co-Chair of INTA’s In-House Practitioner Programming Subcommittee for 2025. With previous experience as an Associate at Cooley LLP, Tim focused on business and commercial litigation, as well as trademarks and IP litigation. Before entering the legal field, Tim held internships at Athletes First and Octagon, where they worked on marketing strategies and secured corporate sponsorships. Tim earned a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2012 after completing a B.A. in English, Economics, and Marketing at Georgetown University in 2008.
