Tom Carl is currently the Senior Counsel for Brands & Content Intellectual Property at NBCUniversal International in London, where they support various facets of NBCUniversal's business, including film, television, and streaming. With a law degree from the University of Cambridge and a diploma in intellectual property practice from the University of Bristol, Tom has extensive expertise in trademark, copyright, and design practice areas. They have previously represented leading brands in media, entertainment, fashion, and luxury sectors, earning recognition as a Leading Individual in Intellectual Property by Chambers UK. Additionally, Tom chairs the NBCUniversal International Legal Inclusion Committee and is fluent in English and French.
