Winnie Chng

Winnie Chng is currently the Human Resources Director at NBCUniversal, a position they have held since 2025. Prior to this role, Winnie served as the SEA HR Manager and later HR Director for Beam Suntory, overseeing strategies in diversity, equity, and inclusion across international regions. They began their career at Diageo, where they progressed through various roles in human resources, focusing on engagement and development in markets across Southeast Asia. Winnie holds a Bachelor of Business Administration with First Class Honours from Nanyang Technological University.
