Yaying Chen

Yaying Chen is an experienced professional in production and marketing operations with a strong background in managing complex workflows for media campaigns. Currently serving as Manager of Title Marketing Operations at NBCUniversal's Peacock since August 2025, Yaying has previously held roles including Production Manager at A+E Global Media and Coordinator of Production Operations at NBCUniversal. Accomplishments include overseeing the delivery of over 300 marketing assets, managing multimillion-dollar budgets, and fostering cross-functional partnerships. Yaying's early career includes positions at FX Networks, where responsibilities ranged from supporting marketing campaigns to providing high-level administrative support to the President of Marketing and On-Air Promotions. Yaying holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management from the University of California, Riverside and completed the Pembroke-King's International Programme at the University of Cambridge.
