Dan Gladstone

Senior Vice President Business Development & Key Initiatives at NBPA

Dan Gladstone has a diverse work experience spanning from 1994 to the present. Dan currently holds the position of Senior Vice President of Business Development & Key Initiatives at the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) and has been with the organization since 2016. Prior to their current role, they served as the Senior Vice President of Grassroots Basketball & Business Development at NBPA from 2016 to 2022.

In addition to their work at NBPA, Dan is a Founding Board Member of Pro Sports Assembly, a community dedicated to advancing diversity and inclusion in professional sports. Dan joined the organization in 2020.

Dan also serves as a Board Member for the John Starks Foundation, a non-profit organization that provides monetary grants to college-bound high school seniors. Dan has been a part of the foundation since 2017.

Before joining NBPA, Dan worked at Madison Square Garden Entertainment Corp., where they held various roles including Vice President of the New York Knicks and New York Liberty Community Relations & Fan Development. Dan was with the organization from 1998 to 2016.

Prior to their time at Madison Square Garden, Dan worked as a Development Associate in the Athletic Department at Loyola Marymount University in 1995, and as an Advertising Sales Associate at Turner (formerly Turner Broadcasting System, Inc) from 1994 to 1995.

Dan Gladstone has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology & Anthropology from Colgate University. Dan also holds a Master of Science degree in Sports Management from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst.
