Michael Grinnell, MSW, LICSW, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Integrative Wellbeing Services and Director of Community Connections & Impact at Williams College since August 2018, while also working as a Staff Therapist. In addition, Michael has been a Player Wellness Counselor for the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA) since April 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Social Services Specialist II for Fairfax County Government, an In-Home Family Therapist at Justice Resource Institute, and emotional impairment support staff at Wediko Children's Services. Michael holds a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Boston College and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Psychology from Carleton College.
