Joel Sim

Joel Sim currently serves as the Chief Commercial Officer at NBS Group, a position held since November 2024. Prior to this role, Joel was with Fluor Corporation from January 2018 to December 2024, where responsibilities included serving as Global Director of Business Development & Marketing and leading the Sales team for the Maintenance Services business in North America, along with overseeing business development for the Power Services sector. Earlier in his career, Joel held the position of National Account Manager at Hertz Equipment Rental from July 1995 to April 2011, managing significant national accounts and focusing on new business development and contract negotiations. Joel earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Western University in December 1995.
