NBZ was founded in 2020 by Simone Oppenheimer Mandel and Rachel Segall after leading global new business across some of the industry's biggest agencies.

They saw the writing on the wall: legacy shops were stuck in business-as-usual thinking, just as breaking from business-as-usual had become essential to survive.

At the same time, the most exciting agency talent was launching modern, nimble solutions—built for today’s pace, pressure, and possibilities. 

What began as a new business offering for agencies has since evolved into a global agency growth firm, a thriving membership community, and a platform  that helps modern marketers find and connect with the top marketing agencies in the business.

What Simone and Rachel have built isn’t just a consultancy. They've started a movement to elevate the advertising and marketing industry as a whole. NBZ is their future-focused response to a fragmented industry and a shifting client landscape. In a future where being different is the advantage Rachel and SImone have created a path forward.
