William Brewer

William Brewer is a Staff Attorney at the North Carolina General Assembly, working in the Legislative Analysis Division since September 2023. Prior experience includes a Legal Internship at Fanney Law Office, PLLC from May 2022 to May 2023, a Judicial Externship at the North Carolina Court of Appeals from August 2022 to November 2022, and a position as an Information Processing Technician at the Halifax County NC Sheriff's Office from May 2018 to August 2021. William Brewer holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Campbell University, Norman Adrian Wiggins School of Law (2020-2023), a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a concentration in Law and Justice from North Carolina State University (2016-2020), and graduated from Roanoke Rapids High School in 2016.
